Quick Reminder and Meet Information
Hi everyone!
Just a quick reminder that we do not have noon or evening practices on Fridays. We only have morning practice. If your child would like to swim and is in Groups 2 or 3, they are welcome to come at 7:30am on Fridays.
We also want to give a huge thank you to everyone who helped bring food for the team breakfast after practice this morning. We appreciate all of your support and generosity!
We are so excited for our swim meet tomorrow and can’t wait to see everyone race!
Meet Information:
1) Team stretching will begin at 3:15 PM near the tennis courts in Glendive.
2) Our warm-up time is 3:30 PM.
3) The meet will begin at 4:00 PM.
4) This is a night meet only, so there will be no swimming on Sunday.
As the evening goes on, temperatures will likely cool down, so please make sure your swimmers bring sweats and a hoodie, blankets, beanies, closed toed shoes and anything else they’ll need to stay warm between events.
We also encourage swimmers to stay well-hydrated throughout the day and to eat foods that will help fuel their races. Bringing plenty of water, electrolytes, healthy snacks, and meals will help them perform their best and keep their energy up during the meet.
